About the Text Bubble Generator
Bubble letters are the high contrast option in the enclosed alphabet family: white glyphs punched out of a filled disc. On a light background they read as a row of dark dots with letters cut into them, which is why they catch the eye in a crowded timeline where everything else is grey system type.
Solid is the default. Unicode only encoded solid discs for capital letters, so this tool sends both cases to the same glyph and the result is uniformly uppercase. Numbers do have solid forms, taken from the dingbat range, so a year or a house number converts alongside the letters. Switch to the outline fill and lowercase becomes available, along with a lighter overall texture that suits longer phrases.
Because these are enclosed glyphs rather than styled letters, spacing behaves differently from normal text. Discs are close to square, so a bubbled word takes more horizontal room than the same word in plain type and wraps sooner. Keep phrases short and check how a heading breaks on a phone.
Reading aloud is a genuine problem. Some screen readers announce each enclosed character by its full Unicode name, which turns a five letter word into a long sentence. Never bubble the only copy of important information.

- Can I bubble punctuation?
